This post concludes the initial stages of the revamp of my website from inside RStudio. Truthfully, my old website using a WordPress Theme just wasn’t cutting it. I had previously tried to implement a Hugo generated website with Netlify hosting last year with no succcess, but having read a bit more about the awesome blogdown package by Yihui Xie, I managed to throw something everything together.

This is all still new to me - web hosting, site-creation and all so bare with me. I will hopefully add more content in the future once I’ve gotten to grips and familarised myself more with all of the different tools used.
